Riders are not being accepted at the moment, unless it is for a currently riderless dragon. This is due to our shortage of dragons in the Rider/Dragon ratio. Please check out Adopt a Character for a dragon. Elves, dwarves, and Shades are still open.
For Riders:
Name of your Rider: Full name here, with any titles. Remember, these early Riders were all elves.
Age: An elf could become a Rider as early as the age of ten, yet Riders were usually older than that before their dragon hatched for them.
Gender: Females and males had an equal chance of becoming a Rider.
Family The elven family your character has come from. See the List of Elven Families.
Status: Whether your Rider is a(n):
Please take age into consideration. If you are 15 years old, you are most likely an apprentice. Apprenticeship took many years, and, depending on the age you began it, you would not become a full Rider until your 20s-30s. Elders were many years old and full of wisdom. You must PM me if you wish to be the Head Dragon Rider. You can be any of them, even if you are just now signing up.
Dragon: The full name of your Rider's Dragon, its gender, and its color. If your dragon has not yet hatched, please visit the Egg Hatchery. This simply means that your character is so far a normal elf, not a Dragon Rider, but they will soon become a Rider. As a roleplayer, you have the luxury of choosing your own egg. If you wish to be the Rider of a dragon that is already being played, you must PM them beforehand for permission. If you're not sure about your dragon's name yet, you can leave this blank.
Egg Code: For those whose dragon has not yet hatched. If your dragon has hatched, put N/A.
Sword: The name of your sword, and the style in which it was crafted. This is not applicable to apprentices.
The Silver Hand: Is the Rider's gedwëy ignasia on their left or right hand? Not applicable for those whose dragon has not yet hatched.
The Discovery: Describe how your character became a Rider. Their thoughts and feelings, and the connection they felt for their dragon hatchling. (75+ words). Not applicable for those whose dragon has not yet hatched.
Personality: The personality of your Rider. How they act around other people, the way they respond to certain situations, the mentality of their thinking while fighting, and how they interact with their dragon. (100+ words)
Appearance: What your character looks like; their hair color, eye color, body type, clothing, skin tone, etc. (75+ words)
