Name of your Rider: Eragon
Age: 103
Gender: Male
Family Ládin
Status: Head Dragon Rider
Dragon: Bid'Daum, a white male dragon
Egg Code: N/A
Sword: The name of the sword is Eld Moi, which translates into 'changer'. The blade is the purest of whites, and is the first sword made for a Dragon Rider, giving it great honor. It is a two handed broadsword, that is sharp on both sides, and has a wide blood channel.
The Silver Hand: Eragon does not have one!
The Discovery: Eragon found the egg when he was traveling. Some said that the parents had been killed in the war, and others said they left it there on purpose. Eragon thought it was simply fate. The egg was white, and Eragon watched in wonder while it hatched, astounded. Nothing like this had happened before. When Bid'Daum grew older, he and Eragon formed a strong mental link. They decided to end the war. They did this by traveling throughout the country, speaking as negotiators between the elves and dragons. And so, the war ended after five long years, though both sides did things they regret.
Personality: Eragon has a strong aura; a typical trait for a Rider, but his is stronger than most, which makes him the perfect head of the order of the Dragon Riders. He is also compassionate, loving, and fair. He sees the Dragon Riders not only as an order, but a family, and he tries to protect them all. He is also quite and thoughtful, however, which gives him a foreboding presence, and scares apprentices half to death. He has, however, never sought out love. He keeps his emotions to himself, as if he has built a wall. To keep order, he thinks he has to appear almost god-like.
Appearance: Eragon has brown hair, and hazel eyes. He has a strong jawline, and a piercing gaze that sears right to your soul. He keep his hair trimmed short, and has no lack of exercise. His attire is a bit odd; he wears a robe (sort of a Japanese-style), tied up with a fabric belt, and sandals when not in battle. His body and well-toned, and tanned. Lithe, yet strong. He is of average height, maybe a bit short.
RP Example:
Eragon sniffed slightly as he watched the sky. He was on Bid'Daum's back, and they were flying across the plains of Alagaësia. The stars were bright tonight, and it was quite chilly. He kept his cloak wrapped tightly around him.
We're almost there Bid'Daum said with excitement. Eragon nodded mentally, feeling a bit troubled.
What is it?Bid'Daum asked.
I haven't left Vroengard for a long time. Now that I have...it just feels strange. Like I'm missing out on a lot. Eragon answered.
You're the Head Dragon Rider. How could you miss out on anything? his dragon questioned him. Eragon didn't have an answer.
Soon, Bid'Daum was landing, and Eragon found himself being surrounded by familiar friends. Mostly Elders. He leaped off of Bid'Daum, dusting himself when he landed on his feet.
"Is all well in Doru Araeba?"he asked, undoing Bid'Daum's saddle, with the help of others.
"Yes, sir,"an Elder answered,"a quarrel between some of the apprentices, but we handled it."
"Good," Eragon replied, though he was not happy with the fighting news.
"How was the trip?"Elder Harvin asked.
"Ah..refreshing. The queen received me well."
"That is good,"the Elder nodded, bowing his head slightly. Eragon smiled, and then sighed.
I am off to my bedchamber. This trip was tiring. he told Bid'Daum. He then walked off towards the fortress, ready to rest.
