The ocean, such a vast body of water the could go on for miles and miles. Violet eyes looked on at the rocking, crystal blue waves. Here, her scales seemed more interesting than a black dragon's normally were compared to the other dragons. Not that she cared what the color of her scales looked. If anything, she only noticed the fact her scales reflected the shining light and seemed more shiny than they usually were.
The single silver scale, on her forehead, for once did not completely outshine the others this time around as light danced about her slender dragon figure.
It wasn't as quiet as the Gardens were but it was a serene setting. Obsidian couldn't tolerate the salty smell all that well though. The salt was sometimes overbearing for her nostrils. If she could scrunch up her nose with distaste, right now would have been a perfect time.
Standing in the water, her back feet just barely stood out of the water on the beach.
She cocked her head though with curiosity when she spotted something that wasn't normal. Up ahead, she saw the distant shape of what looked to be some kind of ship coming. Whether it were friendly or not, Obsidian didn't know. 'I hope those aren't pirates...but if I must, then I will burn them!' she thought as she watched it floating up ahead. Obsidian could easily fly over and set it ablaze but she had not yet discovered the people on board's true intentions. It wouldn't please the others if she were to act and ask questions later.
